Marco Tabor

I’m not an agency. I’m Marco. I build AI tools, train models from scratch and sometimes ask if AI is even needed. I’ve worked with GenAI, built privacy-first systems, trained ML pipelines, worked on edge devices and taught people how to do the same. I like thinking from first principles and I’m not a fan of buzzwords. My background’s in mechatronics and robotics, but I’ve also led a dance company, acted on stage and mentored juniors in tech. I don’t like to specialise too narrowly, as I believe in staying curious, thinking across disciplines and building things that make sense. Whether I’m running a workshop, writing code or helping a business figure out how to use AI without losing their soul, I try to keep it real. I’ve worked with clients in New Zealand, Germany and online. And yes, I get imposter syndrome sometimes – it keeps me honest.
